Great people, shame about senior management - Avis employé Executive Assistant Opera Australia

Sadly the company has many out dated policies, processes and software. They are working on updating these but it makes working difficult in the meantime. Unfortunately, some senior management are aggressive and bullying and staff are fearful. This could be such a wonderful place to work with it's output but attitudes and behaviour of some senior management needs addressing. The company's reputation is suffering as a result.
