      Innovation has been lost as the fight to keep market share increased Customer base is small and so bottom lines are getting tighter and tighter which means good people are let go and there is not the investment in people or innovation anymore No career prospects

      Avantages

      We were truly the leader in white label message. We were Abe to meet the requirement of many of the worlds top providers. Good execution and support fantastic vision to the future

      Inconvénients

      There was a very finite number of customers that could be accessed worldwide. Travel was hectic as the customers were in every corner of the world

      Avantages

      Openwave has had a huge turnaround since April 2014 with a whole new E-staff including new President and CEO Joe Campbell. Joe is extremely transparent about the state of the business and it seems that everyone in the company is on-board with the plan. It's true that culture was a problem in the past, but there have been great strides to invest in the employees and create career paths with courses inside and outside the company being made available. OWM is also making a conscious effort to recruit the right resources in the right places.

      Inconvénients

      There are some days that do require longer hours, it's the nature of working for a Global company, but if you want good experience, this is the place to get it.
