It doesn't exist any success missions in this company.
The missions on the description are 100% false. It is completely technical. I know this because I was hired to be customer success manager but the only mission was discussing zendesk support tickets nothing else.
Inconvénients
No organization, your manager never sees to onboard you (they provide a "coach" from another department), no transparency, false pitch to attract people.
No exit process either.
