- Strategy moves too quickly, making it difficult to realize the value of staff efforts
- Too many rebrands/product renaming is confusing for the market and customers
- As with most organizations of OpenText size (huge product portfolio), resources are a bit "thin"
- In-office work is a bit nonsensical as all but three of my team (20+) work in India or Europe, and I don't really work with the three teammates that are in my office.
