Opentext just buys other companies and milks these new customers for cash. No concern for customers or employees. No communication between different teams, even though the person is sitting next to you. Some people will walk right past without saying hello, as if you don't exist. Product training is poor. Sports & Social club organise cringeworthy events like office olympics to "celebrate diversity". Efforts are forced and you're expected to participate in optional activities. There's a stink of sewerage in one part of the office that they have spent over 6 months trying to fix, still hasn't been rectified. The building is falling apart - constant problems with doors, leaks, water and much more.
