      Avantages

      Decent pay and benefits. There are three fully stocked kitchens and three stocked bars in the HQ. The snacks and occasional meals are a big plus living in expensive SF. Gyms are expensive in SF as well so the fitness center is a great perk.

      Inconvénients

      The three bars and desks with drinks on them is a bit strange.

      Within RSS, I feel that I have lots of autonomy to manage my territory the way I see fit.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership and org changes frequently. People who have been here a very long time seem targeted for layoffs or "reorgs" Not a lot of room for career growth
