Avantages

Free parking, new office, view of downtown without having to get through the traffic, coffee has gotten better. Some really nice, smart people who all feel stuck here or are using this as a resume builder.

Inconvénients

Management is slow to do anything - firing, training, to making basic decisions (name the conference rooms, already!). Sexual harassment is solved by moving people around rather than firing people. Discriminatory practices are rampant in the Operations department (hiring, uniforms, sexism, etc) and make it a toxic environment for anyone not meeting the whacky ideal that a few people have. Some teams are run in fake-military style and are run through fear of management. Pay is 10%+ below market for many positions. Pay gaps from the recession haven't been fixed so some teams have large discrepancies. Benefits get worse every year and the costs go up - covering a family is the same as rent for some people. Matching on the 401k is 10 cents for every 1 dollar! The IT department hasn't allowed for upgrades of computers, software, or infrastructure in ages. No streaming music (not enough bandwidth), firewalls that block all sorts of emails but let junk through, and an intranet that no one uses. They offer Surface machines to some people but are using an old Exchange server so you can't do much unless you use a personal email address! It's totally out of sync with the modern image they try and put out. Culture is nonexistent. The value don't hold meaning and sales is put above everything else. New showroom protocols limit employee comforts and needs in order to be a perfect showroom for clients.
