Thank you for your evaluation. We strive to take into account any and all criticism to make our company the best workplace it can be. However, there are basic expectations we have to keep in place. Being available and replying to emails and messages during work hours, proactive communication and attending mandatory meetings (on time) are a few of those. Unfortunately, these expectations aren't always met. If, as in your case, these expectations are repeatedly missed at the beginning of an employment, then we must assume that bigger expectations like meeting deadlines or communicating in regards to tasks, will not be met either. It is unfortunate that we had to go separate ways, but we hope you understand that especially in a remote environment, trust and communication are key factors and expectations must be aligned. We're sad that you didn't communicate your issues with our expectations during the many opportunities you were given while working with us and instead chose to leave this review, but we wish you all the best and hope that you will be able to understand our expectations in the future.
