Avantages
If you work as a server, you’ll make great money. Most of the coworkers are nice but don’t trust them anyways.
Inconvénients
Management sucks. They hire under false pretenses (aka telling you there’s room to move up, there never is). Management will treat you like they own you, not a lot of consideration for your well being. They also don’t help often. They play lots of favourites. There are staff members that have worked there for years and they tend to have “I’m better than you” attitudes. Management will play favourites with them specifically. No benefits. No real HR to file complaints too. Low discounts. The owner will come in and yell at you in front of customers. There was also some serious discrimination awhile back. Left a bad taste in my mouth overall but the money was great (only as a server).
