      Avantages

      Completely remote so you have time to travel, do the things you like, work flexible hours and have time for yourself. Salary paid in dollars so if you live in a developing country, you protect yourself against devaluation. Young environment where all the workers are around your age with similar interests & methods of working.

      Inconvénients

      Constant changes to already established structures. Not enough data centralization & processes standarization. Can be fired without notice if you don't accomplish the goals.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
