      Great top-down management strategy. Strong team-work collaboration within an exceptionally inclusive environment. Compressed work-week schedule with two remote days. Positive energy all around. Treated very fairly. Equal pay to equal work ratio.

      Nothing bad to say at all.

      Avantages

      You get to help people, staff is friendly, location is great.

      Inconvénients

      Strict systematic rules, vacation not the best, run like a call centre- tons of voicemails to call back on a daily basis, too many clients on a caseload which makes it hard to make a meaningful difference. Needs more training for staff relating to mental health and social services.
