Avantages
free breakfast in the morning. Work can be challenging and rewarding. Onex is a big name that looks good on your resume.
Inconvénients
Above-average long hours but compensation is only average compared to industry. Management believes they can replace anyone, and hence do not value or appreciate individuals. Culture is toxic and since there is no HR department, there is no one to listen to employee complaints. Onex sees backoffice employees as objects and do not treat them with respect or humanity. You can work 9am-9pm everyday and management will not appreciate or acknowledge your hard work; but on the flip side any mistake you make is highly visible.
