Their "Auto-Apply" feature automatically submits applications using outdated certification scores from months ago. As a specialist, it is frustrating to be judged by an old result that doesn’t reflect current expertise. The platform provides no way to reset or retake exams before the auto-application is sent, effectively trapping freelancers in their past mistakes and filtering out the most improved talent.
