      Avantages

      - Man findet dort Freunde fürs Leben aus den verschiedensten Ländern - ich war an Orten die ich sonst nie im Leben gesehen hätte - das Gehalt war gut, wobei man natürlich auch 12h am Tag arbeitet - strenge Schule, danach kommt dir alles leicht vor - ich hatte eine top spa Managerin die unser Team SO gut trainiert hat, das macht sehr viel aus

      Inconvénients

      - extrem harte und lange Arbeit - sehr hoher Verkaufsdruck, wenn du nicht gut bist wirst du wie das letzte behandelt - kaum Schlaf, völlige Erschöpfung - sehr krasse Hierarchie, je nach rang und Kultur

      Too much pressure from head office and managers( sales ) Working many hours (14 hours) No time to rest properly
