      Decent benefits and lots on internal upward movement.

      Inconvénients

      Lower leadership needs additional training to know what their staff does on the day to day and be more present of their team instead of in so many meetings.

We have also started additional leadership training to refresh all managers on their responsibilities with building and sustaining a healthy team.       Avantages

      Great remote work. The company is making changes to automate processes and has started using AI for many of its processes.

      Inconvénients

      As an auditor, I was left to my own resources. I wasn't included on conference calls or team meetings until last year, and when I was, it didn't relate to what I was doing. For 6 years, I was the only compliance audit specialist in the company, and I didn't even know that.
