They care about you in the beginning.

Inconvénients

Executives better like you because they will find a reason to terminate you if they don't! Don't give notice or they will let you go early. Don't gossip because they try to earn your trust but will repeat everything behind your back. Internal "personal" relationships can take you far fast.

Inconvénients

While the dynamic pace keeps things interesting, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the strong support network within the team helps mitigate stress.
