Terrible company. Lots of illegal stuff going on here. India workplace laws trying to be enforced in America. Fake AI product, there’s a physical team doing all of the transcript processing. Employees being forced to work beyond 10, 12, 14 hours or face being fired. Sexual assault allegations. Not paying employees out the bonus or commissions they are rightfully owed. Paying late wages. The company has a clear cash flow problem. Most toxic culture I’ve ever experienced. This place is genuinely so scary to be associated with. All of the “good” reviews are because they essentially force current employees to write good reviews. And they know who they ask, so those people face being fired if there’s a bad review. There was a lengthy review on here that Glassdoor took down and Glassdoor should be ashamed for removing it. Someone finally revealed all of the scary stuff that has happened here. All for Glassdoor to remove it. Probably because the CEO was freaking out and reporting it. This place needs to be looked into.
