Avantages

A startup that is on the precipice of achieving some incredible results. Recent move towards enterprise customers after being mired in the small to medium contractor business for what felt like ages. Making recent moves, going from Angel investor, friends & family towards Series A, and hopefully much further!

Inconvénients

The organization is incredibly focused on moving North American jobs anywhere else that they might squeeze and save a buck in order to avoid paying North American and particularly United States salaries. This has to do with the data team, the engineering team, internal support avenues, and really anywhere the organization can avoid fair compensation.

Avantages

The team is incredibly diverse being stationed largely in the western hemisphere up and down North, Central and South America. We're building an exciting subscription SaaS while knowing the platform we're building upon is poised to do some amazing things.

Inconvénients

Really excited to have a "start up" surge like you would normally see as an organization pivots from focus on smaller clients to servicing the entire vertical between enterprise companies down to individual roofing adjusters or construction professionals. We're really disrupting a significantly broken building code industry to empower home owners, construction professionals and now larger insurance carriers, all using the same "trusted" 3rd party to drive consensus from the bottom to the top of the industry..

Avantages

OneClick Code works with a niche and interesting product, and the team includes talented, hardworking people who genuinely care about doing good work. There is a lot of ownership in roles and exposure to different areas of the business, which can be valuable for learning.

Inconvénients

The workplace culture often feels tense and reactive rather than collaborative. People are noticeably hesitant to speak up, especially in group settings, and meetings frequently feel uncomfortable rather than constructive. Feedback tends to happen mainly when something goes wrong, rather than being part of a healthy and ongoing dialogue. Mistakes are not openly discussed as learning opportunities and instead often feel hidden or quietly absorbed, which contributes to a culture where blame spreads faster than solutions. Decisions also change frequently, sometimes without clear communication, which creates confusion and makes it difficult to plan or execute consistently. There is also very little challenge or constructive debate encouraged across teams. Silence is often interpreted as alignment, even when there are clear concerns or misalignment underneath. Over time, this leads to disengagement, and many strong performers appear burned out or eventually leave. Internal communication could be much more direct. At times, informal conversations and speculation replace transparent discussions, which affects trust and morale. As a result, people often focus on doing the minimum required rather than feeling motivated to go further.
