Avantages
Great coworkers. Some of the smartest, nicest, most supportive people that I have met. Great students. Not going to lie. Some kids are difficult, but that's the point. It's very rewarding to help the students and see their growth. They have a lot of love to give and just need attention and love. Don't have to deal with parents. The management do a great job at taking care of keeping the parents happy and I don't need to have direct contact with them. I just need to worry about doing my job and my favorite part of the job is teaching. Great working environment and location. It's beautiful. The snacks are awesome. The facilities are clean. It's next to the beach. I feel safe and taken care of.
Inconvénients
Not really a con, but the job can be challenging. It's not your typical tutoring position. you need to be adaptive to the different kids and their different needs. they warned me about this in the interview process, but I wasn't prepared for the amount of change the kids go through. I grew a lot from it.
