Avantages
- Some managers are very talented and invested in their teams - Some teams have a great work/life balance - The people are generally friendly and open minded - Potential for bigger opportunities with the parent company - Great office culture. The ping pong table actually gets used.
Inconvénients
- Some managers are trying their best but are not experienced managers and do not get sufficient support - There are one or two managers who are bullies. This can create a really unhealthy and toxic dynamic if you get caught in the middle. - Some teams have a terrible work/life balance. It's totally a roll of the dice. - Employee morale is very low. Sometimes it seems management is either unaware or does not care.
