      Inconvénients

      Made to work for free, you couldn't voice your opinions without getting a disciplinary, managers are all about power and want to control you, if you was late by 1 minute you have to make time back! plus take bonuses off you at any given time

      Avantages

      Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

      Inconvénients

      Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
