      Avantages

      Good close knit colleagues in some teams - 1 hour lunch break

      Inconvénients

      First of all to note, there are many fake positive reviews on here to cover up the reality of what its like to work for Onecall - note how close together the positive reviews are dated & the similar wording. Very oppressive environment - Staff were treated like children - Extremely high turnover even in professional positions - Management/Directors attitude towards correct business practice was very lenient & they general did just about what was legal to get by, if at all.

      Avantages

      Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

      Inconvénients

      Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
