      Avantages

      It happened to be a place to work with people from whom you could learn a lot, but now they are mostly gone.

      Inconvénients

      Absolutely chaotic management. The CEO has some personality issues, and it is obvious, and affects the whole company. You can get some task one day, another day you will be reprimanded for not working on the other task only because CEO forgot what he said day before. And the mood is like in some work camp - no one has guts to say something, even when the task is absolutely stupid. People are rage-quitting this work place and any time I have seen this I always understood.

      Avantages

      - Great co-workers! - High perspective of evolution (I became manager in 2 years.) - Possibility of learning new thing - Fully remote company: work from everywhere in the world. - Flexible hours possible: perfect balance between work and the family sphere. - Company event: we meet once a year, all together.

      Inconvénients

      - You need a lot of self-discipline and self-motivation to accomplish your tasks and goals. It's not really a "con", but as we are 100% remote, you really need to be organized and dedicated to your job.
