Inconvénients
This company has a poor management. You cannot expect much pay and respect. If a new employee joins the company, they don't trust the employee and don't treat the new employee well. In other words, the management is not open to hire someone in addition to the existing team. They trust only the old employees. The company doesn't want to invest money in upgrading or developing the business. They don't listen and trust your opinions. The CEO and COO abuses the employees like anything on a daily basis. I wonder how the existing employees are tolerating this.
