Avantages
Friendly and supportive staff Felt really welcomed - had team dinners Lots of opportunities to learn through observing the work of other therapists (speech, educational, occupational, music therapy) - they're always open to you asking questions many chances to interact with the children!
Inconvénients
the hours for each day are pretty long (about 9-5/6pm?) and it was unpaid. But with that said, from the start it was stated as an unpaid internship and I was ok with it as I was here for the experience and here to learn. not so much flexibility in terms of working hours/days - though given the option right at the start to decide which days to come in but had to stick with it throughout.
