      Avantages

      Auf den ersten Blick lockere Atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Keine Entwicklung. Es wird sehr viel versprochen und alles hört sich auch extrem positiv an- Allerdings wird nichts davon eingehalten. Man wird mit sehr geringem Gehalt eingestellt mit Aussicht auf großes. Aber immer nur Jahresvertrag. Natürlich ist die erste Hürde das der Vertrag verlängert wird. Da hat man erstmal keinen Spielraum für fragen nach mehr Gehalt. Nach vielen jahren bekommt man eine kleine Gehaltserhöhung. Aber auch nur wenn man bereits einen neuen Job hat und kündigen möchte. Sehr viel unbezahlte Überstunden. Die Manager gehen aber immer pünktlich nach Hause.

      Avantages

      With the right people on your team it's better than some other agencies. Some really smart/nice people help offset the exclusionary feel of a culture that is great...if you're a lifer.

      Inconvénients

      Culture that feels very cliquey at times, like a bee hive that doesn't want any outsiders. Seems like management puts forth values but doesn't adhere to/believe in them, would be a 4/5 out of 5 if they executed and acted on the values they say they have. There are also more and more less than great people you will run into during your work which makes it feel a bit toxic when forced to work with them.
