      Avantages

      Opportunity to work with countless Bay Area tech/startups, present financials to C-level executives, flexible working hours, encouraged to take real vacations, and ability to develop global acumen by managing an offshore team in the Philippines. I was also given an opportunity to spend two weeks in Manila, Philippines training the team. You dont get that chance at too many other places!

      Inconvénients

      Workload can be unrealistic at times. I'm not a tax professional but expected to do taxes.

      Avantages

      You learn some really valuable things at Officengine - especially in the HR and Operations field. You could really call working at Officengine a crash course in learning the ropes. The team is really helpful and you really feel like you are a part of something cool.

      Inconvénients

      There is not a lot of room for growth and the workload is sometimes completely unrealistic. Management is chaotic and they have a hard time following up on their own deadlines (and often very messy).
