nice environment! flexible and understanding bosses! lots of room for growth, and performance well rewarded!
Inconvénients
Though a smaller company (around 50 people), some things that require change still take longer than they should. This is annoying, but eventually it does get done and the improvement is good and well rounded.
They really like initiative... so if you are doing a good job but just hanging around hoping people will notice and praise you... i mean it DOES happen, but if you want the attention you have so speak up - conversely (since this is the "cons" section), if you do, and you are in fact doing well you WILL be rewarded.
