Avantages

Great skincare products. (Free for employees). Flexible work schedule and quality product within a growing industry. Likely to be acquired by a larger company.

Inconvénients

Marketing has all the responsibility but no ability to make decisions. The VP of Sales makes all of the decisions. They have gone through two full marketing teams within the past 4 years. High turnover, with poor inexperienced management.

Solid company with great onboarding. The products are effective.

Inconvénients

Compensation changes. Products are often on back order.

Avantages

The product is wonderful amd works nicely.

Inconvénients

Leadership, competition, pay, career longevity. Executive leadership plays favorites and has brought in those they know and previously worked with vs. keeping the talent they already have in the field. It is a shame to see the company losing great people bc of this. Lack of communication from leadership leaves the field feeling lost and unsure of direction. Goals are unattainable. Pay has gone down and is much harder to make much of any commission. Culture is non existent too. Lake of marketing materials for the field, restricted samples and carstock to help grow a reps territory and compete with other skincare lines.
