      1. Sometimes lot of hectic schedule. 2. Dynamic. People coming and moving.

      Thank you for your valuable feedback. We encourage our employees to priortize their work and ensure proper work-life balance is maintained. Taking into account the feedback we received, we have revisited our weekend work policy and incorporated new workways including a five-day working week, no review Mondays to name a few.       Avantages

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Inconvénients

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
