1. Very friendly and supportive environment to work 2. Lots of opportunities to expose ideas and can learn new technologies 3. Can easily reach Top Management for our concerns/ideas 4. Very good platform for freshers to learn and to get the guidance from seniors
Inconvénients
Might have little work pressure at times, I feel those are the gateway of learning and opportunity.
