      Avantages

      - Certification at the cost of company *condition apply - Get to know about new technologies

      Inconvénients

      - They have mandatory RECURRING bond system which goes from 1L - 2L and every year you need to sign on the papers to get the appraisals - There tendency is to late the appraisals for 2 - 4 months so that employee needs to wait for it before leaving the company - No appreciation for your work - No management - You will going here and there working in different projects to get the work done by anyway compromising the code quality - Late stay is a habit - Hire freshers in a lot and then kick them out without notice after completion of the projects in 4 - 5 months of joining

      Great Culture - Great people - Lots of Freedom - Great quality of work. Team Spirit across the organization Cooperative and mentoring attitude of managers Excellent Leadership Team

      Inconvénients

      Fast growing organization so time pressure on managers. Social/fun activities some times take too much time. Work-life balance given a priority over deadlines

      Avantages

      I have been with OSSCube for last 8 years. I have found it to be a great place to work, with great opportunities available for anyone to grow. You are allowed to challenge yourself and are allowed to take on as much responsibility as you are willing to take. Very good office culture, environment and HR policies. Being full of people who are excited to be there, makes it a fun place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Being a company that is growing fast, there are challenges sometimes but I have found Management to catch up to those challenges quickly, though.
