Avantages
OFS pays their employees BUT...
Inconvénients
* There is a clear divide among the employees and employers. There is definitely no "family" feel in this place. * No job security and no second chances. Management is non professional, subjective, unforgiving and fickle-minded. You make one mistake, no matter how small, if you catch their fancy, you can get fired right then and there. * Staff are not allowed to mingle and be familiar with each other. * If you do well in your work, they won't be happy with you and find ways to make life difficult for you. * No pay increment. Even if you are paid higher than the market rate at the time of employment, sooner or later, your pay becomes lower relative to other schools. * There are cliques here. Either you are one with the top people or you're not. No fairness. Advice to job-seekers, if you know about these cons and you still come, that's career suicide. Remember, you come first. Yes, we need to earn BUT we owe it to ourselves to find a place where we are appreciated and treated with respect and dignity. We have a skill set and talents that we can share. Do not let anyone make you feel worthless.
