      Nothing, stay away from this place nothing but a horrible culture and management team.

      Inconvénients

      Ran by a husbad and wife regime, its not what you know at GE its all about who you ..... you know.. They are all about controlling what you do outside the business and in your personal life. If your desperate for a Engineering job please do yourself a favor and make this place your last possible choice.

      Avantages

      Excellent paternity leave benefits and permissive time off Fast pace environment I have a good manager who really cares about my development. Great co workers and team environment

      Inconvénients

      Not many opportunities to move around in the company. The organization can often feel like you put one team against another (Quality verses Supplier Quality or Production verses Design Engineering) The Supplier Qualitu organization is centralized. The central team in Wisconsin seems disconnected from the GE plant.
