The only words given to me were "Were letting you go after two months because your not meshing with the team" I have never heard such incredibly stupid logic to release a new manager in my life. The only person I may have had issue with was the person who let me go, because she never talked to me. Right when im starting to move pieces around and change the awful stagnant culture - whoa he isnt obeying, so he must go...........and im a 22 year veteran of ACTUAL printing.
