No work-life balance, no empathy towards employees, the leaders are so rude with their employees, no learning, always putting people on spot to complete unrealistic deadlines(even though not urgent), indirectly making employees to push their working hours, no agile process followed, do not care about personal/medical emergency and expect people to still work during their difficult times without taking any leaves, do not believe in vacation paid leaves approval(mention different excuses to avoid the approval on their earned leaves), everything needs to be done through AI even if it is writing wrong code. You will have that level of mental burnout which you will never recover from . If someone really cares about their personal life and health, I recommend to not join here.
