      Avantages

      Small company with a few good people that care about what they do. Exposure to all aspects of the business. First hand account of how not to run a company.

      Inconvénients

      Employees are treated like slaves. They are overworked and underpaid. NuView has the worst employee morale and corporate environment I have ever seen. The product is half-baked at best. The executive team is full of liars. Most NuView employees don’t want to be there and are looking to get out. Who can blame them? The executive team constantly lets everyone down.

      Avantages

      Everyone is pulling together to make NuView a quality place to work and a quality product. The environment is highly flexible and continues to evolve. We definitely have our ups and downs but overall this is a great place to work. I am saddened to read some of these reviews because I know that there are sour grapes and at least one of these (salesperson NY) is fake since we didn't have a salesperson in NY. Please don't confuse my statements as every company has things to work on and so do we but many of these reviews are just not right, especially those trying to convince that the positive reviews are fake. This is a good place to grow your career, make a difference and help to continue building a great place to work .

      Inconvénients

      We can always do better with communication and collaboration but the biggest con is all of these sour grape reviews.
