      Avantages

      A good HR product consists of all modules, so you have a good opportunity to work / learn / enhance a HR product. Lot of freedom to provide your ideas to higher management. your voice will be never unheard. What ever team you working on, you always can submit your ideas to improve the product to " Next Generation Product team". They always considers this and Provide feed back too.

      Inconvénients

      As all small product companies have, even this company has good scope of improving the process.

      Avantages

      Everyone is pulling together to make NuView a quality place to work and a quality product. The environment is highly flexible and continues to evolve. We definitely have our ups and downs but overall this is a great place to work. I am saddened to read some of these reviews because I know that there are sour grapes and at least one of these (salesperson NY) is fake since we didn't have a salesperson in NY. Please don't confuse my statements as every company has things to work on and so do we but many of these reviews are just not right, especially those trying to convince that the positive reviews are fake. This is a good place to grow your career, make a difference and help to continue building a great place to work .

      Inconvénients

      We can always do better with communication and collaboration but the biggest con is all of these sour grape reviews.
