      Can't think of any .

      Inconvénients

      Long hours that you will not be paid correctly for . 3 to 4 hours of unpaid traveling a day . No lunch brakes . 10 day notice to take a holiday (if its cleared) . Incredibly poorly skilled management . A very very bad company to work for overall . Terrible reputation amongst other construction companies ,so your references for further work will mean nothing when you leave, (the workforce turn over is that high its frighting ) . Stay well clear of the Scottish branch at all costs .

      They kick u out as soon as possible

      Inconvénients

      They will call u for interview. Get you the job, offer u a contract and a day before u start when u left ur old job and planning to relocate for them they gonna be like oh sorry we have budget cuts so we cant offer u the job anymore. Makes sense how most of their employees are recently joined

      Great company to work for and it still Maintains the family spirit

      Sometimes comms aren’t great but that is definitely improving
