      You will get more bonus when you work at this company for more than 3 years at least

      1. work life extreamly no balance, work hour >60hours per week is a common situation 2. You will get almost no bonus for first year 3. Gender extreamly no balance, about 99% engineer is male.

      Avantages

      Competitive base salary, generous R&D and development budgets, benefits package including meal, travel, childcare...etc. Stable environment where senior staffs are willing to work until retirement.

      Inconvénients

      Senior staff with stagnant mindset, overly rigid IT security policies, performance reviews are a mere formality, lack of HW-SW integration expertise, in-house processes that do not align with modern practices. Of course, too much work load.
