      Avantages

      They really value their employees, There is room for progression if you put in the work. The management style is great, I always felt heard and respected.

      Inconvénients

      There are so many employees at the company, it can be quite intimidating for those who are used to working for a smaller company.

      Avantages

      A lovely, understanding management team who always do their utmost to assist in many areas. To be afforded a Perm WFH role is amazing for those who gravitate towards this. Pay isn't too bad as there is no commuting/fuel etc. The overall team are lovely too.

      Inconvénients

      Sincerely can not find a 'Con' or downside to working here, as personally I have been and am happy

      Excellent progression within the workplace, Birthdays of work. Excellent Recognition within the workplace and hard work doesn't go unnoticed
