Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The faults are varied and the customer base is broad. Tech support, if needed, is via other Engineers and Supervisors rather than a dedicated team which works. Wages are reasonable for this work and there's a bonus scheme. Managers leave you alone. Plenty of machines to work on.
Inconvénients
The role has 'lone worker status' and can be lonely at times. All work including fitting large parts is done by one person. Can sometimes include dealing with irate Clients which requires a bit of thick skin. 10 prepaid overtime days.
