      Avantages

      Great manager not so great supervisor, 4 0n 4 0ff a great working pattern, Pay is reasonable.

      Inconvénients

      Bank holidays mandatory if it fall into your rota pattern and no indorsement in pay for them. Only day you get off is christmas day and then you have to use holiday for it. Now a dying industry due to the move to digital banking.

      4 on 4 off, good management that care about you finishing on time, very secure vans etc

      Inconvénients

      Long shifts and 1 man crew security is something a lot of people don’t lime
