Avantages
Creative, friendly, and hardworking teams in SF and Chile, found colleagues who were young at heart - eager to learn and contribute. Work hard play hard mentality - I made many friends as well. Excellent vision (AI), creative design (AI & marketing), and a suite of Michelin-star quality chefs made my location a truly awesome place to work. Great benefits (24 vacation days for everyone, with extra days often given during the winter holidays).
Inconvénients
The company struggles to adapt to the US market - this may apply to their products, but in my experience - it was most apparent when it came to managing local teams and providing local HR support. Depending on your team, expectations to stay busy in the office/lab can be too high. For example, I was unable to maintain approval to work 1 day a week remotely - despite being able to do 70% of my work from home.
