      - Young unexperienced leadership - Zero communication between teams, which causes a massive lack of direction, and constant screw ups - Absolutely no training, yet want us to manage customer expectations, when we ourselves are unaware of most processes - No Company culture what so ever

      Not a con, but this is an environment where it is fast-paced where drive, grit, and extreme ownership in everything you do is necessary.
