Huge training budgets. Chance to attend security conferences . Paid research time. and everything you could think of.

      Avantages

      Management team is the best. The best people you can work with. Very clean and positive environment. Good incentives for working in odd hours (Its a work from home job, still you get paid for working late night). Compensation is good. Projects are super cool. And once again the Directors are so nice people that you can contact them at any time and discuss things.

      Inconvénients

      No cons as such till now.
