      Avantages

      Great benefits package and they are one of the very few company's that still offer a pension plan. I get to help people everyday that has received a diagnosis that I'm pretty sure they would have rather not. I am so thankful to be able to help!

      Inconvénients

      I don't have any cons. Plus I like to focus on the positives and if there is a negative I'd rather figure out a way to turn it into a positive.

      New equipment, fair shift differentials, kind employees

      Inconvénients

      Short staffing, disorganized leadership, lack of care for RN wellbeing
