      Avantages

      I have arguably grown my skills more in the last few months than in years of work at other businesses. The flexibility given to achieve key results are life changing and the working from home full time is a great bonus. The pay is also more than fair giving us as employees an overall great quality of life. Finally the team and management are made up of great team players who care about everyone and try to ensure you're everything you can be.

      Inconvénients

      The business can at times struggle to communicate task prioritization and timelines.

      Avantages

      Surrounded by smart 3 Dimensional people without ego's all working to a common goal of delivering the best products we possibly can. Definitely not a blame culture with all staff prepared to help each other for the best outcomes.

      Inconvénients

      Minimal structure so you will have to motivate yourself and be able to plan your day properly. Fully remote though there are Group offices around the world that you can take advantage of including lovely offices on 12th Floor of SalesForce tower.

      Avantages

      Friendly, talented colleagues. The work is interesting and productive.

      Inconvénients

      Very male-dominated on the technical side of things. Probably more of a symptom of the market.
