He is a positive role model for the leadership team and attracts talent of the same caliber. Nortech focuses on updating and adding benefits to attract and retain great employees. Nortech believes in building positive relationships with customers and suppliers and invests in their employees.

      Inconvénients

      The 41k match is lower than other places I have worked, but they are addressing it and have shared their plan to address it.

      Avantages

      I’ve dealt with plenty of toxic work environments and Nortech has been a breath of fresh air.

      Inconvénients

      Increase in workload with minimal salary increases.
