      Great pay if you work your butt off Opportunities to move up Get 2 days off in the middle of the week

      Inconvénients

      Long hours; You have to basically work on your days off if you want to make money. Bonuses are aimed for the top 3 usually which makes it very competitive but also draining

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
